CHANGE MAKING.
Why Change Management Any Workplace Change presents a challenge in supporting employees through their transition to a new work environment. These challenges are usually associated with a drop in morale and productivity immediately following the change. However, there is also a window of opportunity to positively impact the upcoming shift's perception, resulting in a reduction of disruptions and negative responses to change. |
Approach
Change is constant, yet human beings are creatures of habit and favor the status quo. Traditional Change Management methodologies rely on the Kubler-Ross "Stages of Grief" curve that assumes a negative emotional response to change, linking change to the process of grieving. However, by using the Innovation Adoption curve to map Organizational Change Adoption, our approach is a future-focused initiative that celebrates gains rather than mourning the status quo's loss. We facilitate an inclusive and well-represented change effort that considers the input of key stakeholders, decision-makers, and a wide range of the impacted population. |
Methodology
When it comes to Change Management, it is essential to acknowledge all workplace aspects affecting the employee experience - space, culture, tools. Various message delivery vehicles will drive adoption through continuous reinforcement - in print, digital, and experiential forms. We come to the table with our collective experience, a set of tools, and a roadmap but remain open-minded and flexible as we know that project needs will evolve. Our phased methodology is systemic and considers the entire project, including post-occupancy evaluation.
